Considering the points of views of the experienced experts and Managers of the Electric Industry regarding the requirements for Training the potentials of many local and foreign companies engaged in the Industry were studied.

Among the many companies who were visited in Europe and Asia KEPCO( Korean Electric Power Corporation) was considered to be the most suitable for cooperation and having very good experiences in Generation, Transmission and Distribution of Electricity that Iran Electric Industry could enjoy and benefit.

In less than 40 Years KEPCO, as One of the most successful Electric Utilities in the world, has managed to reduce the losses in its Electric Distribution networks from about 30% to a rate of 1.75% at the year 2001.

The Central Education Institute (CEI) affiliated with KEPCO has a key role in educating and nurturing the necessary Manpower in all levels to run such an immense Institution. We introduced KEPCO to Ministry of Energy and TAVANIR and KEPCO declared its capabilities and willingness to cooperate in Iran Electric Industry and that will share all their experiences to promote the Industry in IRAN.

Considering the above and to promote the Engineering expertise and Technical know how of the Managers and Experts and subsequently to elevate the IRAN Electric Industry we, as the KEPCO representative managed to arrange some Training program for different Distribution sectors of Regional Electric Companies of IRAN and Propose consultancy and turnkey offers for the Loss Reduction, Distribution Automation System, Automatic Meter Reading to Regional Electric and Electric Distribution companies.
